Sintergy, Inc. is a world-class manufacturer of custom-engineered, powder metal components. We have the capability of producing a wide range of Powder Metal (P/M) Components, with molding capabilities from 20 to 750-ton presses. These components are used by a wide range of manufacturing industries, such as Agricultural Equipment, Automotive, Business Machines, Consumer Products, Electronics, Hand & Power Tools, Lawn & Garden, Small & Large Appliances, etc. Sintergy was founded in 2003 by Rick Young, Steve Miller, and Jason Emery, all of who were former owners and/or managers of well established P/M manufacturers. Sintergy was created using a “common sense and logical approach,” resulting in an agile company that can react quickly to our customers’ expectations of quality and on-time delivery. We have the technical skills to assist our customers in designing parts that take advantage of the cost-efficiencies of powder metal, over other types of processes (machining, casting, welded assemblies, cold heading, etc.). At Sintergy, Inc., our mission is to earn a leadership position, in providing high-quality components and services to our customers, utilizing empowered employees, in a lean environment, to “make it happen” the first time, every time. Sintergy is proud to be registered to the ISO-9001-2015 Quality Standard, as a part of our commitment to the complete satisfaction of our customers. Although Sintergy is not required to become certified, we made the decision to go above and beyond our customer requirements to pursue this prestigious certification. This decision was based on our commitment to complete customer satisfaction.
