Vision Quality fabricates gearing to AGMA class 8 including, spur, pinion, coarse and fine pitch, helical, bevel and ring for gear motors, gear pumps, speed reducers and planetary systems. Our Helical gears can be manufactured up to a 20 degree angle without machining. Our pump gears can be heat treated with tensile strength up to 210,000 PSI, and machined to meet your precision print tolerances.

Vision Quality Components, Inc manufactures various lock mechanisms that include; latch bolts, deadbolts, guides, lock cams, levers, and aux bolts. Materials that are available for locks are 300 series stainless steel, brass, bronze, and plated or coated carbon steel. Our locks can be found in the residential, commercial, and the multi-family markets.
